4. Payment Terms

6. Warranty

Nest Decor Planner provides a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and maintenance.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or modifications by others
• Damage from natural disasters, acts of God, or force majeure events
• Issues arising from improper maintenance
• Cosmetics changes due to aging of materials

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Decor Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Nest Decor Planner for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nest Decor Planner and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Website or services.

9. Termination
